This is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia's largest telecommunications company, you will answer calls from everyday Aussies, calling through with enquiries for new and existing Telstra services and products.
Job Description What it means to be a part of our team: Fully paid comprehensivetraining: We will take you through our 5 week training period, where we teach you everything from Telstra products, customer handling and troubleshootingtechniques WFH Flexibility: First week of training will be conducted on-site. Thereafter you will operate on a work-from-home model.On-site requirements will be circumstantial. Play ping pong on your lunch break, attend team events, work amongst like-minded people where you're guaranteed to make great mates What you'll do: Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution Provide expert advice and troubleshoottechnology faults that customers might be facing Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills Take ownership, haveconfidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required Qualifications What makes you perfect for this role: Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, empathise, respect and enjoy general chit chat!
