This is a growing and successful business - we employ some 38,000 colleagues across 66 countries - and offer a wide range of learning and development programs for colleagues to enhance their skills.We are looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis.This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.The core responsibilities in this role include but are not limited: Processing purchase ordersLiaising with customers on a daily basisProcessing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issuesSupporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverablesMake outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and servicesCoordinate, Schedule and Process jobs through an internal softwareProcessing and Approving invoices for customers through internal softwareBuilding and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliersRequirements: Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ reception and support)High attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsExcellent customer service skillsIntermediate computer skillsComplaint handling and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomouslyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsLove working in a team environmentExperience using Ariba would be an advantage.The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.
