Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will tasked with leading a small team across customer order execution, shipping and logistics, facility administration and inventory management.
You will be tasked with the following duties:
Order execution Monitor orders with internal stakeholders Provide support for order backlogs Provide oversight of outstanding purchase orders Shipping and logistics Manage inbound and outbound shipping processes Ensure compliance is adhered to with customs policys Manage and monitor freight forwarders performance Ensure optimal freight arrangements are made Inventory management Document and maintain purchasing policy Seek continuous improvement fro inventory controls Document and manage the inventory management policy Manage stock purchases including annual stock takes Facility administration Support Facility Management staff Manage lease agreements Manage facility spend to ensure budgets are aligned Support budgeting for costs and investments About you: 5+years management experience A background in Logistics or inventory would be highly desirable, although open to transferable industry skill-sets Excellent customer service skills Superb communication, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills Problem solving mindset Internal and external stakeholder management If you would like to make an application, please click on the 'Apply' button below or for more information please feel free to reach out to me.
