Job Description:
Jacobs Engineering Group is looking for a motivated and independent Customer Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and issue resolution- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer needs- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement- Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements
Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Motivated and enthusiastic about helping customers- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer support software- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
