Job Description:

As a Customer Support Associate at Asbury Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions- Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution- Handling customer complaints and finding creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products and services- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and improve service offerings

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Confident and energetic personality traits- Strong project management and strategic planning skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with ease- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
