Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons' in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position with entry level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role. As a remote work position, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and streamline customer support operations.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
7. Work closely with the customer support team to achieve department goals and targets.

Requirements:
1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
2. Resourceful in finding solutions to customer problems.
3. Strong people management skills to interact effectively with customers.
4. Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
7. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer support software.
8. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.
