Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a part-time capacity on Mondays to Thursdays. As the Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries and delivering exceptional and prompt customer service.
Your responsibilities as the Customer Support Assistant will require you to:
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service whilst forming complete solutions to all issues.Respond to customer queries on ZENDESK in a timely manner.Prioritise assisting the support team in answering phone calls when required.Manage requests and work with other areas of the business or website.Desired Skills and ExperienceQualities and skills of the successful applicant include:
