### Job Description

### Responsibilities

The Customer Support Assistant will be an essential member of our customer service team, contributing to the success and reputation of MGM Resorts International. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, promotions, and amenities to assist guests in planning their stay.

2. **Problem-Solving:**
- Identify customer issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk, and management) to resolve guest complaints and enhance the overall service experience.

3. **Administrative Support:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and responses using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist with processing reservations, cancellations, and changes to bookings as needed.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.

4. **Maintenance of Quality Standards:**
- Uphold MGM Resorts International's high service standards and brand image.
- Engage in ongoing training and feedback sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and share best practices.

5. **Adaptability:**
- Demonstrate flexibility in work hours and responsibilities in response to business needs.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to guests.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or hospitality management will be considered an advantage.

**Skills:**
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Confident in communication, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and handling diverse customer situations.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite and CRM software.
