**Job Description:**

Fluor is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our dedicated team in Brisbane. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are driven to deliver exceptional customer service and have a passion for supporting clients. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to quality in all aspects of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve issues efficiently.

- **Issue Resolution:** Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with various teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to facilitate smooth operations and reporting.

- **Feedback Management:** Gather customer feedback and suggestions, analyze data, and report findings to help improve products and services while enhancing the customer experience.

- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a strong understanding of Fluor's products and services to educate and advise customers effectively.

- **Strategic Contribution:** Collaborate with the customer support team and other departments to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction rates.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance personal skills and support the overall growth of the customer support function.

- **Collaboration:** Work in close coordination with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of service and customer updates.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** At least 4 years of relevant experience in customer support or a similar role. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.

- **Soft Skills:**
