Our Customer Support Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests, ensuring every customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to customers in regards to their policies, utilising their effective problem solving skills, they will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers which deliver positive customer outcomes.
