Your RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Supply Chain Lead to join our Sales division at our Sydney head office on a 6-month parental cover contract. You will lead a team of 6 Vendor Replenishment Planners, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and key customers to drive KCA's business growth.
Your responsibilities include partnering with key customers, enhancing team capability, and ensuring stock availability, inventory, and promotional activities meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will communicate customer needs to the broader Supply Chain team to facilitate inventory planning and deployment.
Further Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead key Customer Collaboration meetings & Engagements to provide supply chain updates and risksActively work with the Operations & Sales teams to align processes to support the daily, weekly and longer term operationsExecution of key sales activities with the customer to deliver against agreed commercial initiativesAnalyse and understand our business forecast / demand plan and supply position and proactively call out and manage risksAddress issues, drive root-cause analysis initiatives and deliver on agreed upon commitmentsProvide updates to key stakeholders across the business including to the Executive Leadership TeamDeliver and execute strategies for long term & sustainable strategies with our customersAbout You:You hold solid experience across a similar capacity role, ideally in FMCG Supply Chain, Planning or Sales Function with experience leading teams. You hold strong analytical skills including data analysis and evaluation and can formulate and implement solutionsYou have demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing a team – you are able to manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunitiesYou are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we do, you will need to have sound customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skillsYou are a team player, and you bring forward your great communication as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving the results.
