Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team at DTE Energy in a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience and achieve success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals- Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience- Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system- Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our platform

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to change- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred- Experience working in the energy industry is a plus- Must be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and achieving customer success
