Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist at Asahi Beverages (Home of Carlton United Breweries)!  Are you a high-energy, results-driven individual with a passion for Sales? If so, THIS sales opportunity may be for you! Asahi Beverages is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our Inside Sales team managing the Retail & On Premise (Pubs, Clubs, Bars etc) channels. 
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing distributions, selling innovative initiatives whilst also partnering with our Field Sales team & Key Account Sales teams to execute our campaigns across the country. 
Not only does Inside Sales have an upbeat team environment; you will be supported by the latest Sales enablement technology selling the BIGGEST alcohol Brands in Australia which include Great Northern, Corona, Carlton Draught, Victoria Bitter, Pure Blonde, Hard Rated, Somersby, Vodka Cruiser and Woodstock 
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and Grow Distributions: Drive growth in our Inside Sales Universe.Sell In Game Plan/NPD Initiatives: Promote new product development initiatives to your Inside Sales Universe and support field teams with gap closing initiatives.Expand Customer Base: Acquire new accounts and contribute to the growth of our Beyond Beer taps universe.Your Impactful Contribution: Build Strong Customer Relationships: Manage customer relationships through monthly Journey Plans.Effective Call Management: Understand customer needs, journey, size, and potential to effectively manage your call plan.Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet individual and team revenue and distribution targets.Support Business Initiatives: Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Utilise Sales Tools: Use sales tools and techniques to increase sales capability.About You: Ambitious and Curious: You are ambitious, curious, and seeking a rewarding career that challenges you.Sales Experience: You bring previous experience in an outbound sales role with a natural persuasiveness and selling ability.Attention to Detail: You have high attention to detail and accuracy with active listening skills.Driven by Results: You are driven by numbers and achieving results.Exceptional Communication Skills: Your telephone etiquette is second to none with exceptional customer interaction skills.Adaptable and Positive: You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, can-do attitude.What We Offer: Exciting Team Environment: Connect with your team on-site and stay hydrated with our extensive range of lifestyle beverages.Access to NPD Launches: Enjoy access to NPD launches, tastings, and other exciting events as part of the Asahi family.Flexible Office Based Role: Working and collaborating in the office with the team a minimum of 3 x days a week.Join us and be part of a team that values your skills and offers a dynamic, rewarding career path.
