### **Job Description:**

David Jones is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Customer Success Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Canberra. This entry-level position is designed for individuals passionate about ensuring exemplary customer experiences while fostering meaningful relationships. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clientele.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing efficient and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Relationship Building:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, treating them as valued partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify issues faced by customers and navigate the resolution process in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure their satisfaction and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- **Customer Onboarding:**
- Assist in onboarding new customers, providing guidance on how to use our products and services effectively.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to enhance customer understanding and engagement.

- **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for service improvements.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to share customer insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss performance targets, challenges, and share success stories.

### **Requirements:**

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer support role is required.
