Job Description:

Rio Tinto is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they are fully satisfied with their experience- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Develop and implement customer success strategies to support company goals- Monitor customer usage of products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements:- Motivated and resourceful individual with a customer-centric mindset- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
