Valero Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience- Track and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements:- Hardworking and energetic personality traits- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills- Previous experience in customer service or a related field- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
