**Job Description:**

Community Health Systems is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction with services, addressing any issues or inquiries they may have. Respond to customer queries promptly through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat.

- **Relationship Building:** Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through our services and how they can best utilize them.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify challenges faced by customers and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction post-resolution.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback through surveys and direct communication. Use insights gathered to inform product improvements and service delivery enhancements.

- **Resource Management:** Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Assist in creating and maintaining educational materials and resources that help clients understand our services better.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to relay customer experiences and feedback, ensuring alignment across the company.

- **Reporting:** Prepare reports on customer interaction trends and satisfaction levels to share with management and inform strategic decisions.

- **Training and Support:** Participate in onboarding new clients to our services. Train them on using our systems and provide ongoing support to maximize their engagement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service or customer success role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communication and decision-making
- Reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks

- **Soft Skills:**
- **Adaptability:** Ability to shift priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Persuasion:** Strong persuasive communication skills to effectively engage customers and promote service offerings.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfort with learning new technologies as needed.

- **Immersive Learning:** A desire to continuously learn and adapt in the evolving healthcare landscape.
