About the role A key part of our Sales operations is the role of our Customer Success Representative, who sits at the tip of the spear as we continue to grow within the Personal and Auto loans industry. You will work alongside a high performing team delivering sales growth each month. We have ambitious plans for growth that's why we are seeking a motivated, hungry and passionate person to join us based in Adelaide. You will help customers realise their dreams with Plenti. You will work with customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment. You'll be taking inbound/outbound calls and replying to our customers' email enquiries and directing them through getting their new loan! You will provide customers with a personalised journey in securing a new loan with us. This is ideal for an ambitious and proactive person.
