Tech Data is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in Canberra. This part-time, entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their career in customer service and engagement within the tech industry. As a Customer Success Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting product usage, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness to inquiries.
- Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and gather feedback on product performance and service satisfaction.

2. **Onboarding Support:**
- Assist in onboarding new customers, guiding them through the initial setup and usage of Tech Data products and services.
- Provide training and resources to help customers maximize the value of our solutions.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer inquiries and manage support tickets, ensuring escalation to appropriate teams when required.

4. **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
- Regularly conduct follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.

5. **Feedback and Reporting:**
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Provide insights to the management team regarding customer needs, usage patterns, and areas for potential growth.

6. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams to align customer needs with company offerings and updates.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects to enhance overall customer experience.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or coursework in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- No prior experience is necessary, but any internship or volunteer work in customer service or related roles is a plus.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to think creatively and find solutions independently.
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and determination to succeed.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous but not mandatory.
