The Role The goal of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to ensure their customers are satisfied, their expectations are being met or exceeded, and they are maximising the value of their investment in Seequent products and solutions.
Working closely with a small number of major mining accounts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships that promote growth through increased product usage, user retention and loyalty.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Act as the first point of contact with major mining accounts, with responsibility for the coordination and oversight of all on-boarding, training, administration, licensing and support of users.Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure end user satisfaction, to support account growth and customer retention.Provide account insights through the collation and analysis of customer usage and sentiment data, which is published into a regular quarterly business review.Act as an internal advocate for your accounts, educating them on products, and maintaining lasting relationships, driving retention, identifying and helping to pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Build your knowledge in customer processes such as legal, procurement and account payable and develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts to apply influence as and when required.To be successful in this role, you should have: Demonstrable experience in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, Sales Administration or similar role.Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers in a software environment.A track record of building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement and renewals.Experience with a CRM sales and support platform.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across digital channels and face-to-face.Additional Information Office-based working environment, work from our Perth office three or more days per week.
