About The OpportunityBased in Sydney, you will be earning between $80,000 to $110,000 pa + Uncapped Commission + Superannuation. The primary purpose of this position is to partner with existing Research & Advisory clients, leveraging internal subject matter experts and insights, to ensure each client receives value far exceeding their investment.
Working with Enterprise and government organisations, some of your responsibilities will include:
Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients in IT & Business leadership roles, ensuring they are successful in the utilisation of their subscriptionIntroduce Research & Advisory services and capabilities to new clients as well as communicate value to decision-makersBy becoming a true partner to your clients, you will identify opportunities for account retention and growth through contract expansion, introducing new services and productsFacilitate client calls and engagements in order to surface client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their subscriptionConduct regular retention and bright spot analysis of client book of business that provides insights into performance and key client engagement metricsAssist with all onboarding of clientsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
