The Opportunity
We're looking for a customer-obsessed and outcome-driven Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to be a trusted advisor to customers on our SaaS offering. In this role, you'll work closely with our Technical Consultants and Operations teams to drive growth, retention, and profitability within a portfolio of mid-sized customers. You'll leverage strategic sales methodologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences and boost commercial outcomes across our Cloud and Hosting solutions.
You will focus on fostering long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and growth, driving revenue and increasing customer retention.

What you will do

Manage a substantial portfolio of customer accounts.
Achieve allocated targets in Retention, Revenue Growth & Profitability.
Build professional relationships with key contacts within accounts.
Undertake activity to track the Commercial market & competitor activity, reporting on a monthly basis.
Build Account revenue streams.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within Technology, Telecommunications, or Hosted Services.
Proven experience with mid-sized corporate clients.
Familiarity with the Challenger sales model is desirable.
Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
Customer-obsessed.
