Ventia are currently seeking a Customer Success manager responsible for managing key relationships for a portfolio within the 49 Government Agencies that Ventia manages assets for and building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as industry and delivery partners.
You will have strong stakeholder and communication skills.
This position will see you based in Adelaide CBD office in a permanent fulltime position.
The responsibilities of the position include but not limited to: Serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for several Government Agencies, Delivery Partners and Industry bodies.Establish and maintain strong work working relationships with key stakeholders including state government personnel, industry, Delivery Partners, and internal service delivery teams.Engage with key stakeholders to identify areas to meet industry participation requirements in place for AGFMA's Delivery Partners and staffReport on challenges faced by the Agencies and Delivery Partners and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Asset Management, Engineering, or related fields (highly regarded)Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.Demonstrated management and organisational skills.Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels and an ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Experience: Previous experience in an account management or client relationship role, preferably within a facilities or asset management context.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps, and report on progressCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills.Team Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and performance goals.Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the state government, its risks and asset management principles.Commercial Acumen: Exceptional commercial acumen relating to asset lifecycle management.About Ventia:
