Customer Success Manager

Account & Relationship Management (Sales) I am working with a consulting firm, specialising in automated records management, to find a Customer Success Manager.

This is an initial 3 month contract, due to start in January, with the strong possibility of a permanent position beyond the initial contract period.

In this role, manage key Federal Government clients to ensure that they're getting the best out of their records management solution.
Assist them with:
trouble shootingtrainingBAU supportA background in records management would be ideal (but is not absolutely essential).

Given the nature of the clients you'll be working with, a Baseline security clearance is mandatory as onsite client support and interaction is essential.
