We have the unique opportunity to join our growing Housing team on a full-time permanent basis within our Queensland division as a Customer Success Manager reporting to our General Manager.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and nurturing our relationships with volume housing builders, ensuring their financial accounts are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.
In this fast-paced and challenging role your days will include: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their financial needs. Prepare regular reports on workflow performance and project status for senior management. Deliver on departmental/state bottom line as set by State & National Department Managers. Build strong partnerships with clients to grow our market share and identify opportunities for new business. Develop and execute strategies to address local opportunities and combat competitor activities. Develop, implement and manage a budget that is aligned to company expectations. Manage billing queries, scheduling, pricing queries, and ensure high customer engagement and service meeting client expectations at all times. Manage and maintain accounts for volume housing builder clients. Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processes. Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven track record as someone who is personally credible and able to provide a presence that is often described as engaging and charismatic, becoming a trusted adviser. Ability to work with CRM systems to optimize processes and systems. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. Knowledge of the Residential Volume Housing market will be highly regarded. Knowledge of the residential design and builders' construction process.
