Who We're Looking For We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager, Implementations to join our CorePlan Crew. This role will focus primarily on implementations and onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from sale to full platform adoption for our clients.
Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kick-off to go-liveDevelop and execute detailed implementation plans tailored to each customer's needsConfigure the CorePlan platform to meet specific customer requirementsConduct thorough data migration and validation processesDesign and deliver customised training programs for various user rolesManage project timelines, milestones, and resources to ensure on-time, successful deploymentsCollaborate virtually with our global team to address customer-specific needsCreate and maintain implementation best practices and playbooksProvide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and resolve any issuesConduct regular check-ins and health checks with assigned accountsWork autonomously while maintaining strong communication with the teamQualifications And Fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3-5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or consulting, preferably in a SaaS environmentProven track record of successfully implementing complex software solutionsStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneouslyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsTechnical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologiesExperience working in a global team environment and collaborating across time zonesProblem-solving mindset with a talent for finding creative solutions to customer challengesExperience with CRM and project management toolsExperience in mining industry will be helpful but not necessaryWhy Join CorePlan?
