Job DescriptionThe Role Join our dynamic Fund Registry team as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing key client portfolios and delivering exceptional regulatory guidance!
In this exciting position, you'll leverage your expertise in the Corporations Act to ensure seamless client onboarding and compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Automic Group fund registry clients, providing technical and regulatory expertise for day-to-day issues and staying up-to-date on industry changesOnboard new clients by clearly defining requirements and service standardsContribute to business process improvement by identifying potential opportunities for enhancement and mitigating riskSupport maintenance and development of ISO certified Quality and Information Security Management SystemsMaintain an entrepreneurial focus on business development and communication with all stakeholdersProactively engage with clients to plan annual corporate calendars, follow up to ensure service expectations are met, and identify cross-sell opportunitiesEnsure timely billing and contract negotiation, and work to enhance services through client and stakeholder feedbackDesired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities Strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory requirements within the Funds industryPrevious professional experience within Funds Registry, Custody, or Funds AdministrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities with a keen attention to detailSound problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and provide effective solutionsProven ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentDiversity
