?? Who We're Looking For CorePlan is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager who is eager to champion our mission to revolutionise the mining industry. This is an exciting role for someone passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and shaping the future of our customer success operations.
?? Responsibilities Partner with our sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer journey from initial sale to onboarding.
Run the technical configuration of accounts alongside our implementation team
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to gauge customer satisfaction and identify avenues for operational improvement.
Own customer renewals and identify Upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
Design and execute strategies to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
Serve as the voice of the customer, funneling feedback to our product and engineering teams to guide product evolution.
Create super fans out of every customer, regardless of their role—from GM to VP to graduate geologist.
