The RoleAt Haast, we're seeking a strategic Customer Success professional to shape how enterprises adopt and maximise value from our AI compliance platform.
You'll work directly with compliance and legal teams at major financial institutions, helping them transform their risk management processes while gathering deep insights to drive our product evolution.
This role combines technical platform knowledge, strategic consulting, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.
Impact You'll MakePartner with enterprise clients to transform their compliance processesDevelop deep understanding of clients' unique risk positions and regulatory needsTranslate complex compliance requirements into platform configurationsDrive platform adoption and identify new use case opportunitiesProvide strategic guidance on compliance automation best practicesGather and synthesise client feedback to inform product developmentBuild relationships with legal and compliance stakeholdersCreate and maintain client success frameworks and methodologiesWhat You'll BringMust Have:Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk managementExperience working with enterprise clients in regulated industriesTrack record of managing complex technical implementationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to understand and translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to identify and explore new business opportunitiesNice to Have:Legal or compliance backgroundManagement consulting experienceExperience in RegTech or FinTechKnowledge of marketing compliance frameworksBackground in enterprise software adoptionExperience with AI/ML platformsProject management certificationExperience working with product teamsWhy Haast?Growth & Impact:Leading the evolution from dull, traditional SaaS to AI-powered workflows (because nobody ever said "I love manually reviewing disclaimers!
