Our mission is simple yet powerful: "We exist to inspire the world to eat, live, and move better."Now, we are expanding into the U.S. market and need a passionate Customer Success Expert to help guide our clients through life-changing health journeys.Led by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ross Walker, our programs are delivered by accredited practising dietitians and mindset and habit coaches, and we're seeking a dedicated, dynamic individual to help support our growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Engagement: Provide seamless onboarding for clients, maintaining proactive communication and offering program upgrades where appropriate.Retention & Support: Conduct regular check-ins, guiding clients through challenges to help them stay on track with their health goals.Sales & Upsells: Identify opportunities to upsell premium packages and additional services, helping clients maximise their wellness outcomes.Problem Solving: Handle cancellation requests and concerns by guiding clients back towards their goals, maintaining retention and satisfaction.Brand Amplification: Encourage and collect client reviews to boost brand presence via Trustpilot and ProductReview.Sales & Communication Expertise: Proven ability to build relationships, persuade, and influence clients toward positive outcomes.Presence and Listening: Must possess a strong, empathetic presence, actively listening to clients to truly understand their needs and concerns, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.Problem-Solving: Demonstrate empathy while keeping clients aligned with their goals, offering innovative solutions to their challenges.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to tracking data, sticking to processes, and maintaining accuracy in all client communications.Adaptability: Ready to tackle new challenges and adept at working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.MUST HAVE:Proven experience in sales or customer success roles.Strong understanding of sales communication and persuasion.Teamwork skills and a drive to help people succeed.High energy and positive attitude.Character Attributes:High-Frequency: Bring the energy needed to uplift the team.Results-Driven: Eager to learn and take ownership of all tasks.Excellent Communicator: Positive attitude and hard-working, coachable, and reliable.Why Miyagi?This is a full-time remote role with opportunities to grow alongside the company.
