About The Role As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for always ensuring end to end delivery of the highest level of customer service.
This includes overseeing all customer enquiries, quotes and job bookings.
Responsibilities: Maintain a professional manner in all customer interactions.
Effectively manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries, provide accurate quotes, and facilitate job bookings.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) About You: Prior experience in a customer service centre environment.
Effective communication and collaboration with diverse customer profiles.
The capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise within a high-pressure environment.
Sound judgment, precision, and critical thinking ability.
Impeccable attention to detail and adept time management.
