Job Description:Pacific Life is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required but a confident and reliable personality is essential. The successful candidate should also possess strong soft skills such as cooperation and innovation.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely manner- Provide support and guidance to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and overall business growth- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement solutions- Analyze customer data and feedback to improve products and services- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements:- Confident and reliable personality- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
