This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing startup while shaping the success of our customers.
This is the role for you if: You're excited to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding startup.You're passionate about driving customer success and delivering exceptional experiences.You're enthusiastic about the impact software can have on industries and people's lives.What You'll Be Doing: Supporting client success: Assist Customer Success Managers in implementing and managing client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.Preparing and maintaining resources: Create onboarding materials and keep learning resources, including the online knowledge base, up to date to provide clients with the latest information.Building strong relationships: Foster and maintain meaningful connections with all stakeholders, ensuring open communication and trust.Responding to inquiries: Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, promptly addressing questions and concerns.Educating and empowering clients: Teach, advise, and guide clients and their teams on effectively using our product, ensuring they get the most value from it.Developing training materials: Play a key role in creating and enhancing online resources and educational content to support ongoing client success.Conducting usability tests: Test new software features to ensure they meet client needs and maintain high usability standards.Handling additional administrative tasks: Tackle various administrative responsibilities to support smooth operations within the team.What we are looking for Base requirements: One plus years in administrative or customer facing work.
