Job Description:

Honeywell International is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Success Assistant to work remotely from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer success.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Manage customer accounts, update information, and maintain accurate records- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and success- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities- Contribute to the overall success of the customer success department by sharing insights and feedback
