Job Description:

As a Customer Success Assistant at Citigroup, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, with a job type of full-time at an Associate Level.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner- Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services to customers- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify potential areas for upselling or cross-selling opportunities- Provide training and support to customers on Citigroup products and services

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role- Independent and driven personality traits to excel in a remote work environment- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Experience in financial services or banking industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
