Our team is currently working from home receiving inbound calls & requests from Brokers to action personal loan applications.
We support brokers professionally and efficiently with customer experience as the number 1 focus.
Be the professional voice of our company.
Always provide the right information.
Keep a lookout for any upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
We'll show you the ropes with a full training and induction program via digital communication channels.
You will be supported by a great team and an inspiring leader, all who are passionate about Life @ Latitude.

Ideally, we're looking for the following: Let's look at you: You are passionate about making a difference to our customers' lives by providing the best level of service possible. An enthusiastic team player, who is excellent at building rapport and can focus on tangible benefits for our customers.
You enjoy problem-solving, simplifying processes, and reducing customer effort. You will have a positive, compassionate, and friendly phone manner, strong computer skills, and the ability to navigate through multiple systems.
You'll also: Be as swift as they come at grasping new information.Be solutions-focused and have the drive to succeed.Remain calm in the face of challenging situations.Be comfortable working in a team that runs Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.Any work experience within finance is advantageous but our key focus is finding the finest individual to contribute to our diverse culture. We are looking for an energetic, driven team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
