About the Role The Customer Specialised Banker is critical to making this happen and will play a crucial role in ANZ's broader Simplification Program, serving as the front line in assisting customers in attaining their objectives by transitioning them to more suitable products that align with their savings, usage, and money management needs.
Simplification bankers are responsible for executing and implementing specialized campaigns using both inbound and outbound channels.
This role will be part of a highly skilled team and have received specialized training to effectively fulfill campaign requirements whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Given the ever-evolving nature of our work, which revolves around various campaigns, bankers must possess a growth mindset and a readiness to adapt to ongoing changes.
This flexibility is vital to ensure our ability to deliver optimal results and meet ongoing customer needs.
Our frontline bankers work rotating rostered shifts, providing our customers year-round services to be there for them when they need us most with operating hours ranging from Monday to Friday only, between 8.00am to 7.00pm, and on non-national public holidays.
We're looking for people who are available to work flexible hours to support the changing customer habits and needs.
Successful candidates for this role will have a start date of 25 November 2024 and will be undergoing onsite trainings, which will eventually transition to a Hybrid 50-50 work setup after meeting the required benchmark in training.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Schedule: Full-time, 40hrs/week Role Type: 6-12  months fixed-term contract only, length of contract will depend on candidate experience What will your day look like?
Your key responsibilities include: Provide proficient support across different businesses through a diverse skillset Capability to adjust to daily priorities while overseeing numerous campaigns Transitioning attention from one campaign to another Frequent Stakeholder engagement to guarantee seamless campaign operations Sincere commitment to educating customers and ensuring memorable customer service experience What will you bring?
