Job Description - Customer Solutions Specialist (24000175) Who We Are

What We Have on Offer
Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist for a permanent full-time role who has a Can Do and empathetic mindset for providing customers with tailored payment solutions to assist them through their individual circumstances to achieve a positive financial outcome.
Responsibilities Using outstanding customer service and negotiation skills to deliver positive solutions for our customers and the business. Maintain professional and timely communication with our customers when discussing resolutions. Working closely with other collections teams including hardship, to effectively handle cases. Ability to understand and appropriately utilise systems and processes for the benefit of collection. Minimum Requirements Previous experience in a mortgages collections role (Industry experience, desirable). Good understanding of collections and contact systems and processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service ethic. Ability to deliver high quality work while adhering to service level agreements. What we have on offer
