About the role Our Continuous Improvement Team is seeking a Graduate Project Officer (Customer Solutions Analyst) to join their team, on a fulltime basis Monday-Friday at head office in Tomago.
Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Graduate Project Officer provides operational support to the business by undertaking a range of analyst activities.
Through short- and long-term analytical projects, this role assists to develop and maintain business models for the specific department where that role is placed.
The successful applicant will oversee compliance for these projects on a regular basis whilst providing general administrative assistance to the business.
Key Responsibilities: Complete required analytical projects to assist with commercial and business justifications Identify, action and implement continuous improvement opportunities Develop up-to-date project scope and influence stakeholders for success of the project Complete governance, review and reporting of project data to assist in reviews Provide analysis on the purpose of projects along with recommendations for improvements in efficiencies or effectiveness Engage in administrative tasks and mange compliance records for allocated projects Skills & Experience Completed or completing Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or Engineering Advanced computer literacy skills including MS Office Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work successfully in a team & individually, whilst fostering positive working relationships Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and interpersonal Well-developed decision-making & prioritisation abilities Proficiency in problem solving analysis and identification of effective solutions Ability to engage in effective communication, negotiation, and facilitation with both internal and external stakeholders Benefits Opportunities for career development Income protection covering you 24/7 Made for More Rewards Fitness Passport for the whole family Ability to purchase additional annual leave RDO opt in available 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave program – work alongside your mates and receive up to $3000 for each successful referral!
