What you'll be doing: Being a customer champion; discovering what our customers want and need and helping them use technology in their daily lives.Ensuring customers receive the best value and the best advice.Providing the best value solutions for our customers to fit their lifestyle.Providing support for our customers to troubleshoot any technical queries, plus helping them confidently use the Vodafone app.Not a tech expert? Don't worry. We will support you with all the training to level up your knowledge in our dynamic and ever-evolving industry.
Who are we looking for? You bring a spark of joy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction. You're an excellent communicator, adaptable, and excited about technology—someone who is keen to learn about the latest gadgets and trends. Your positive energy, attentiveness to others, and genuine interest in our products will make you the perfect fit with our team.
Join us and choose a minimum of 15.25 hours to be worked over a minimum of 3 shifts. We service our customers 7 days a week, so there is lots of flexibility.
