To be successful you will: Have a passion for retail Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoy working in a team environment Contributing to driving sales and providing exception customer service you will be: Fulfilling Click & Collect and Online orders Packing and coordinate items to Click & Collect customers Managing phone and email enquiries Supporting sales staff to ensure all customer expectations are met Perform general customer service duties as needed To be successful you must be able to start immediately, as well as: Have the right to work in Australia Flexibility to work weekends and late-night trade including extended trading hours Physically able to pack and move stock across the store A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist in all areas of the operation  Now is your chance to secure a position with an Australian retail icon.
