About the Opportunity The role of the Guest Service Agent is to provide a customer-centric experience for the site occupants within their assigned portfolio. The GSA will focus on providing appropriate customer experiences whilst having a deep understanding of the workplace and the services provided.
This role is pivotal as it not only represents the face of BHP but also Cushman & Wakefield. The role supports the account initiatives and helps to drive consistency in delivery across the portfolio.
About the Role The main purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional site occupant and visitor experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of workplace services which include:
Meet and greet visitors proactively in a timely mannerManage reception services to ensure a positive customer experienceAnnounce arrival of guestsResponsible for leading and delivering workplace services ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery of operational requirementsLiaise with cleaning contractors to ensure kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and the Wellness centre, etc. are clean and are being used for the correct purposeComplete daily walkthrough of workspace, reporting any maintenance and cleaning issuesEnsure locker and parking data integrity is maintainedMeeting and event coordination - Work with contractors e.g. security, cleaning and catering to meet event requirementsDevelop operational standards, playbooks, operating manuals, and processes for all aspects of the workplaceAbout You: Strong reception or hospitality/customer service backgroundProfessional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskAble to demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solvingWhy Join Cushman & Wakefield?
