Key Responsibilities Manage customer service communications, including inquiries, order processing, returns, and exchangesWrite and review copy for all online productsProvide administrative support across various business areas, including design, production, marketing, wholesale, and dispatchOversee inventory managementAssist with packing and shipping bulk wholesale orders as neededOffer general team support as needed and maintain a clean and organized office environment About You Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and pride in high-quality, accurate workExcellent people skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service through a warm and professional approachBring a calm, positive energy and a solutions-focused mindset to work each dayEager to learn, able to problem-solve, and adaptablePhysically capable of lifting cartons up to 15 kg as requiredAble to work both independently and collaborativelyCapable of staying composed in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities Perks Enjoy off-street parking and convenient access to public transport. Location and Hours This part-time role is based in our Abbotsford office, with a start date in November 2024.
