Customer Service/Warehousing/Administration Drivetrain Australia is an iconic brand with over 35 years of history supplying equipment, maintenance, and engineering solutions to underground mining, energy, and transport markets across Australasia.
We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity which will incorporate the business functions of customer service, warehousing, and administration into the role, based at our facility in Mackay, QLD.
This role is responsible for providing assistance to the Area Manager in all support aspects of the business relating to customer service, warehousing, and administration.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer quoting, sales orders, and invoicing, and process all creditor invoices.
Complete purchasing processes to fill branch and customer stock demands.
Complete warehouse operations and processes.
Receipt, check, and storage of incoming goods, and pick and packaging of outgoing parts.
Booking and dispatch of goods with freight providers, and assist in Drivetrain freight reconciliation.
Manage and action Production Orders that relate to the workshop, SPK Kits, and Service Exchange Units.
Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities wherever possible.
Ordering of workshop consumables as requested by the Workshop Manager, and ordering of branch stationary requirements.
Entering of time sheets after approval by the Workshop Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Knowledge of OH&S requirements.
Sales and purchasing experience.
SAP software experience or similar.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Sound time management skills.
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan effectively and prioritise workload.
Intermediate skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
