Customer Service Representative - Casual - Leading Sunshine Coast Online Retailer The VetShopGroup is looking for a customer service representative with strong interpersonal and organisational skills to join our amazing customer service team at Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast (QLD).
VetShopGroup is a world-renowned online retailer of pet supplies with a customer base of over one million pet owners and a reputation for being an industry leader.
In this role you'll be working within our customer service team, answering phone calls, emails and online chat to assist customers and potential customers with general inquiries (e.g.
how much is shipping, does this product treat fleas, how long does an order take to arrive), taking orders, amending and cancelling orders, and responding to after order questions (e.g.
when will my order arrive, I wish to return a product) and giving general advice to help our customers better care for their pets.
The position would suit a vet nurse, person with animal care qualifications or someone with experience in a human pharmacy.
Experience in a vet clinic or (human) pharmacy and/or call centre experience is preferred but is not essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work as part of a teamA love of petsThis is a casual position (approx 30-38 hrs per week) with the possibility of extension to full time at a later date.
This position is located at our office at Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast.
