Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to undertake a Certificate III in Business. This traineeship qualification has a nominal duration period of 12 months. Continued employment beyond the 12-month traineeship period is not guaranteed. In the role of Customer Service Trainee, you will undertake tasks including a provision of customer service to internal and external customers. Tasks will include, but are not limited to filing, answering phones and the use of computer systems including the Microsoft Office suite.What's in it for you?
