A fulltime opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Customer Service/Telesales team at our foodservice branch located in Rockhampton.About the Role:Reporting to the Administration Manager, this position is responsible for providing over-the-phone customer service and delivering a high level of customer service to external customers, in addition to performing other administrative tasks, reports, and quality assurance tasks and audits.Duties:Respond to customer queries via telephone, in person, and by email in a professional and timely manner.Liaise with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy of supplier invoices, orders, resolve issues, and provide information as requested.Carry out counter sales efficiently with a focus on excellent customer service.Facilitate smooth processing of sales enquiries and customer orders and quotes.Provide general administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy as required.Conduct internal audits of the Quality and HACCP based food system.Skills and Experience:Intermediate – proficient computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems.Sound knowledge of MS Office and strong typing and data entry skills.Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills.Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.Action customer queries appropriately and in a timely manner.Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or an allied industry would be an advantage.If you believe you are the right person to join our team, please apply with your cover letter and confidential resume.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
