If so, you might be just the person we're looking for to join our Service Liaison team!
We're all about making sure our customers are happy long after they've made a purchase, and we want someone who's excited to be the friendly, go-to problem-solver when things don't go as planned.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to diagnose any product issues and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
Work with 3rd party suppliers, manufacturers, and service agents to schedule and coordinate service calls, keeping everything running smoothly.
Log service calls and keep detailed, accurate customer service records – because details matter!
Whether it's processing returns, arranging refunds, or coordinating credits, you'll be the one ensuring customers get the solution they need.
You'll handle all customer emails and calls with confidence, responding in a friendly and timely manner to resolve their queries.
Keep yourself up to date with the latest product info and training so you can provide the best possible advice.
Qualifications You've got top-notch verbal and written communication skills, making you a pro at connecting with customers and suppliers alike.
You can juggle multiple tasks and handle shifting priorities like a pro, even when things get busy.
You know how to build rapport, whether you're helping a customer or working with suppliers.
Strong computer skills are a must – you'll be using a variety of systems to track and resolve issues.
You're a natural problem-solver who loves a challenge and always finds a way to get things done!
Additional Information Annual salary $58,000 + Super.
Permanent full-time 9:00am - 5:00pm Position located at HQ in Waterloo, NSW.
