You will be provided with all of the relevant resources to service customers effectively and efficiently.This four month contract would suit those who are passionate about customer service, and are looking to join a supportive and inclusive team environment. About the Role:You will be required to deliver outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls, responding to emails, making adjustments to accounts, and aiming to resolve customer enquiries on the first contact.This exciting role will see you work in a supportive and friendly team environment, with many rewards and benefits.If successful, you will be exposed to a tailored training program with ongoing support and the opportunity to grow with the company as they continue to expand.Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with clients and customers.Taking customers on a positive journey and aiming for first call resolution.Answering general telephone and email queries in a timely manner.Working closely with clients to ensure benefits are maximised while minimising risk.Managing the filing, storage, and security of documents.Working towards agreed targets and KPIs.To be successful in the role you will have: Strong experience in customer service, preferably in a call centre environment.Strong verbal & written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex information in a simplified manner.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Demonstrated accountability and follow through to see customer issues resolved.Key Requirements: Must be able to pass background checks, including a national police history check and provide 2 professional references.Successful applicants must be available full-time hours (38 per week) with availability across Monday-Friday between 8:00am - 7:00pm, on a rotating roster.Must be able to work on site, in Adelaide CBD fringe location.Must be able to commit to a 4 month contract.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Francesca Holligan on for a confidential discussion.
