Global Food & Wine are leaders in Food Service delivering high quality products and services to the Hotel, Restaurant and Café markets throughout Queensland. We have multiple distribution centres across the state with the head office based on the Gold Coast to ensure our customers receive total satisfaction.
Whilst overseeing a small customer service team, the primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional service to customers over the phone, accurately entering orders into the system and providing administrative support to our warehouse teams.
Your duties will include:
Answering calls from our customers
Data entry of customer phone & email orders
Responding to customer enquiries
Creating & updating client files
Rostering & approving customer service team shifts
Staff training, development & coordination
Liaising with warehouse and head office teams on related issues
A friendly & positive customer service specialist ready to move into a Team Leader role, you will have:
Strong computer knowledge - experience on ERP systems (eg. NetSuite) advantageous
A passion for exceptional customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A positive attitude and team focused personality
Ability to coordinate a small team of shiftworkers
This exciting role is Monday to Friday with a 6am start, based in our busy yet friendly Nerang warehouse office.
